So, Moses stretched out his hand toward heaven, and there was thick darkness in all the land of
Egypt three days. They did not see one another; nor did anyone rise from his place for three
days. But all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.” Exodus 10:22-23
When darkness covered Egypt, God’s people, the children of Israel, had light. But, notice – it says
that they had light in their dwellings! This tells us that when darkness covers the world, we
have the light of life glowing and beaming in our dwelling – inside our INNER MAN! Jesus said, “I
am the light of the world: He who follows Me will not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life.” – John 8:12

We have the light of God’s life inside us! And, it’s more powerful than mere physical light that
we can see with our eyes! It is the light of God that ignites our faith and empowers us to walk
THROUGH the valley of the shadow of death, THROUGH the fear that holds the world in
bondage! It’s the light of healing and health amid sickness and disease! This is the light of the
knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ! It’s the Inner light that brings God’s
wisdom, which is first pure, then peaceable, gentle and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and

good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. James 3:17

So, if you’re tempted to focus on the darkness and all the distractions associated with the current
trends of outbreaks and pandemics, just remember; you have the inner light – focus on that
light! It’s the light of the vast resources inside you that are already in place for you to tap into by
faith! You can’t feel them or touch them, but as you believe the Word and walk in the truth,
those vast resources begin to release their power in you. That’s when you know that you have
been raised up together with Christ, far above all powers and principalities, above all might and

dominion and every name that is named – including covid-19!

So, stay in the spirit and let’s walk in that inner light knowing that all our enemy has is darkness,
and we have overcome him because “greater is He who is in us, than he who is in the world!” – I John 4:4
